The Boathouse is a fabulous vacation house set right in the boating community. Access to the dock and pier are a great plus. The position of the house allows panoramic views including Southwest Harbor, Somes Sound, Great Harbor and the mountains and islands. The sunsets are beyond imagination! The almost fully glassed front of the interior holds an open living area and kitchen with a 1st floor queen bedroom, 3/4 bath and pantry/washer and dryer.The second floor has a master king with full bath, a queen bedroom with 3/4 bath and another bedroom with 2 twin beds. There is a 180 degree deck and a balcony for added enjoyment.
